The flexible brake lines on the sonett actually looked pretty good. I have no idea if they were original or not but they didn't have any obvious cuts or anything. Still, while I was replacing the brake master cylinder and hard brake lines I figured I would do the flexible lines at the same time so I dont ever have to worry about it again.
I went with stainless steel lines from Mark Ashcraft. They were easy to install, about 1 hour total.
One odd thing though, the lines very very sturdy but all the SS lines I have seen before, like on all my motorcycles, always came with a clear plastic shroud over the stainless steel weave. These dont have that.
