A while back I sand blasted and powdercoated the lower control arms. I ended up using a control arm off the parts saab rather my original one. My original one is fine, it was just more convenient for order of operations.

While everything was apart I replaced all the bushings. I installed polyurethane bushings. Once everythign was reinstalled the car would bounce around at highway speeds. It was clear I needed an alignment.

The Sonett is a narrow vehicle. So much so that one shop couldn't fit it on their alignment machine. I did eventually find a place that could perform the alignment. I gave them plenty of extra shims and the alignment specs.

The car has now been aligned. They provided a complete spec sheet of how everything is aligned. You can ignore the model and tire pressure listed on the sheet.

I have minimal time in the car at highway speeds since the alignment, however on the highway trip home it was very smooth.
