I recently spent some time looking in the trunk and saw the coolant reservoir which I presume is dedicated for the turbo. The level was low so I picked up some G5 antifreeze and topped it off.
Any time I turn on the hazards, they work, but upon turning off the hazards the normal turn signals no longer work. I can restart the car and the turn signals still don't work. Only once I pull the turn signal fuse, wait, then reinsert, will they start working again. I didn't figure that out on my own. That nugget came from the prior owner. I recently turned on my hazards, knowing I would later need to pull the fuse. But the fuse box lids don't have any diagrams.
I decided to print my own fuse box diagrams, laminate them, and attach them to the fuse box lid. This way it is very quick for me to identify which fuse is for the turn signals to pull it.
Ever since I bought the car there was a terribly annoying squeaking coming from the roof. It is distracting and near constant, but I figured I could fix it so I didn't let that get in the way of buying the car. One day I removed the roof and went for a drive. No squeaking. So it was somehow related to the removable roof.
I found one of the mounting tabs on the removable roof was at an angle. I loosened the screws, straightened it out, and tightened it down. I then put one or two wraps of electrical tape around both mounting tabs. It was certainly harder to get the roof reinstalled but once installed, there are absolutely no squeaks.
It is like driving a new car. What a silly thing. The car feels so much more premium now.
